CSL - bit of praise for a change!

Like most people I do enjoy a good rant and often resign myself to accepting poor quality service etc when I know I shouldn't.

However I just wanted to come on here and share my good news - CSL came TODAY - Christmas Eve - to deliver my settee, best Christmas present ever!

Was supposed to be arriving last Thursday and OH was tracking its progress on the website, they then rang and said really sorry but ship had not been able to dock, rearranged for Monday this week instead. Well with the bad weather they had to postpone again and girl on the phone promised Christmas Eve - was starting to get a bit skeptical at this point tbh

Then last night about 10pm it starts snowing - bad - and by this morning you can't see the street, obviously being a little cul de sac we don't get gritted. Trying to get OH to laugh about it and resign ourselves to watching the Queen's Speech on the floor... lorry suddenly pulls up at 9.10am!!!!! The guys were lovely and they've got loads to do today due to the backlog. It took them 10 minutes to get out of the cul de sac which is on a hill :o

So VERY VERY happy now with CSL, really really glad we went there after hearing a lot of horror stories re non deliveries/wrong deliveries etc from ALL sofa companies.

Feel full of festive cheer now  though that could be the Christmas sherry talking :rotfl:

Thank you CSL :T

How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on... when in your heart, you begin to understand. There is no going back. There are some things that time cannot mend... some hurts that go too deep. That have taken hold.
