Post Office Home Phone Account

Hi,

Does anyone here encounter the error message "We are sorry - An error has been encountered." when trying to login to there post office home phone account and then not being able to access the my billing section.

    Unless you have BB with them you cant view it online, paper only at the moment.
  • I didnt realise that as its the first time ive got round to using the password and login they sent but that would explain the error thank you :)

    I would have to disagree I'm afraid. My dad had to wait nearly a year for a phone bill from them, it wasn't calculated properly either. He phoned several times and kept getting told it would be ammended :rolleyes: Then he got a letter from a debt collector via post office telephones as he refused to pay the bill until they ammended it, finally another six months on and they have managed to sort it out.

    Thank god I'm still with BT couldn't be doing with all that carry on.

    funny enough my dad and me both had the same problem, only he's with Post Office and I'm with BT, so I would assume they both use the same billing system
