I would have to disagree I'm afraid. My dad had to wait nearly a year for a phone bill from them, it wasn't calculated properly either. He phoned several times and kept getting told it would be ammended  Then he got a letter from a debt collector via post office telephones as he refused to pay the bill until they ammended it, finally another six months on and they have managed to sort it out.Your welcome, they do seem to be very good, Im with them at the moment!
Thank god I'm still with BT couldn't be doing with all that carry on.*SIGH*

funny enough my dad and me both had the same problem, only he's with Post Office and I'm with BT, so I would assume they both use the same billing system£4988 Lloyds TSB Mastercard
£400 O/D Lloyds TSB
£2650 Lloyds TSB Loan
£5070 Black Horse Finance
Skint, but I have a plan.... an MSE Plan!!!0
