C.S.A entitlement after been mde redundant

Hi all,I am due to be made redundant shortly and will get nearly 30K.
My question is 'is my ex wife entitled to ny of it for child support ?'
I currently pay through the C.S.A which comes directly out of my wages.
I have not seen my 2 children for over 4 years and my ex wife and new husband have well paid jobs.
Also 'does my ex wifes new husbands wages get taken into account when calculating the amount i am currently paying ? '
Thanks in advance,
Andy

No your redundancy pay won't count.
Their income does not come into it - as they are not having money removed from their household.
His income doesn't count - the child isn't his.0 -
That's right . His income doesnt count because the child isn't his. Her income doesn't count even though the child is hers. The only income they care about is yours and your new partners! They will bleed you dry if they possibly can. :mad:0

No, they don't need to know the new partner's income as that isn't used to calculate the amount of child support you should pay. Unless you get tax credits, and then they only need to know your partner's income to determine whether or not to include any working tax credits you get.
The mother is already paying out money to support the child, hence her income is not needed as it is already being used.0
