Cashback.co.uk

Is there any comeback on a site that offers cash back but doesn't pay it? A cashback I registered for when I changed utility supplier never appeared on my account. The site explained that retailers can take up to 3 months to reply and that they couldn't do anything about it till that time had passed. But after the 3 months had passed they said they couldn't do anything about it as the transaction was older than 3 months!!
Any suggestions please!

Site you mention pays lower Cashback rates than 100% Cashback Sites such as Quidco, Topcashback and Fatcheese.
  • Surely if it's advertised on their site then it should be guaranteed. It's the site that is offerin the cashback, that's what drives traffic through their site, otherwise people would go directly to the retailer.

    16. You accept that in some cases there may be a delay or failure to credit Cashback Rewards to your Account due to a Participating Retailer's failure to provide information to Us. Whilst We shall use reasonable endeavours to recover Cashback Rewards for non-tracked transactions We shall have no responsibility or liability for such delay or failure.
