:mad::mad: Hi, this is really bugging me Talk talk has been charging £2.50 for caller ID for a while now, BUT NOW YOU CAN GET IT FOR FREE!!!!, they have changed it and called it a 'privacy pack' BUT THEY DON'T AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE YOU OVER AND THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not free.

Go into your online account and choose the option where they don't charge. That's not the same as free. If it were free you'd not need to go in and do it.

TalkTalk has been using this "free" thing as a bit of a ruse to hold on to people who are not aware of getting it by logging in.

Similar to BT's "free" caller display offering as part of BT Privacy. There is a separate BT Caller Display option which is chargeable.
