Is that available if merely changing tariff at the same supplier, or only when changing supplier?

    You need to refer to the specific terms & conditions of the offer.

    However, as a simple rule of thumb answer, if you input your correct existing supplier & tariff into the comparison site, and that site allows you to switch with them, then chances are you'll get the cash-back :)
