Are they any out there that can pay off my credit cards so I don't require a new one every 6 months 0% im getting fed up.

And once you've got the loan, how do you intend to repay that?
It's a serious question - your one sentence above suggests that you have a debt with no means to repay it, so simply push it from once 0% card to another, probably paying a fee of 3% each time you do it (so your 0% cards are already costing you 6% a year).
To actually answer your question, I am not aware of any company that would offer you an interest free loan to repay your credit card.
Perhaps a visit to the Debt-free Wannabe part of the forum would actually help you get on top of your finances.0
