Tesco misprices thread III - please only post misprices here

Noticed in 2 stores today that the spachcock/poussins are priced £2.10 Sel is £1.99. Didnt try it as I wasnt too sure what to do with them lol. Beware of the willow farm chicken legs and thighs - pack says £2.99 Sel £2.49, but goes through the till as £2.49 - sneaky one! Finest pork loins were still priced £7.99 a kilo - sel £6.99. Full r&r in both stores.

:j Just got my two butter basted chickens priced £3.99 each, SEL £2.99. Full R&R no problems.

This morning though, I had my first truely challenged R&R on the lovely LG phone scanned at £49.99, but SEL £44.??. CS lady tried to give me the £4 difference. I pointed out the sign behind her and she said 'I think it excludes mobile phones'. I challenged her and asked where the caveat was. Response 'I'll get the deputy manager'.
Deputy manager tried to plead with my kind human nature and said it was a genuine mistake. I stated that I wanted what it staes on the sign and had to force the point. Deputy manger states I'll have to get the manager. She wals off 20 yards and speaks to no one and said 'I've spoken with the manager and he needs your details, can I have a copy of your driving licence or club card or soem kind of ID'. I stated that I haven't got a clubcard and no ID. She asks 'what no ID at all?' I said 'yes - no ID'. I eventually gave false details, got my full R&R and briskly went to the next nearest Tesco's to put my points on.

Had my best ever result today!

Tesco Finest Scottish Topside Beef Roasts on special £7.29 reduced to £6.29 but packs still marked £7.29. Long argument with CS/Supervisor & Manager but got R&R thanks to all the fab advice on here about what to do if they get awkward.

AND...they put the SEL back on the shelf and there were lots more mispriced packs....go get 'em!

Also loads of pork joints all a penny over, but didn't have the guts to try for them too.

following on from this type of error, when i got this cheese on tuesday i also picked up 2 x 6 kingsmill crumpets, 31p each on bogof. when instore last night i noticed they are now 62p on bogof...so there may be some 31p sels around somewhere.

Got two Ds games and "Meet the fockers"
Ds Games were Star wars £14.94 but scans £19.99 & Scooby doo priced £14.94 scanned at £19.99!!
Checkout chick didnt even scan the dvd so i just bagged it.
Went to cs and she gave me a refund and she kept the games. i stated that it was overpriced so she started talking to manager and he siad "someone came in Tuesday night and had £74 r&r (that was me aswell) hehe. She then took my card and refunded me again.. so hopefully fot an extra £34ish extra! hehe

Lost my Cherry yesterday and had a bit of a result looking for photo lab but picked up HP A516 which showed a price of 59.96 run it by scanner and came up with 79.99. Bought and paid for it but CS queried the SEL which although had the printers next to them had a differnt model...oh oh thought I was doomed but asked for CS to punch in bar code on ticket..This came up as 49.99..lol.. two c*ck ups on one item. Manager gave full R&R and promised to kick ar*e with staff...Sorry if its you..!

local small tescos has clearnce sale and were selling grease paper for 60p but charged me 1.24 and they just gave me the differnce back and the ammount of time they took I wished I had left, They didnt have the policy board otherwise. Look for clearnce itmes or reduced itms with yellow label.

Believe it or not the SCOTTISH joints are not on the offer. It only relates to "BRITISH" beef. However as they are displayed next to each other and the SEL only refers to the joint names with no mention of British, this one will likely run until the offer is finished.
