Healthy Living Haddock SEL £6.58/KG charged £6.64, full R&R at Great Horton, Bradford. CS very helpful and hoped to see me again. Oh yes in deed. One problem they removed SEL and the poor lad working on fish dept had a bit of a b*ll*cking.

Good old Mr.T every little helps.:beer:

Went to T today,
picked up:
pavlova and gataux - discount went through
lamb joint - told I picked the wrong one
Haddock - the price tag had disapeared
plaice - yay got R&R

But it took 50 minutes to get the R&R

Have you done the 300g Nescafe yet? It seems to be nationwide. Been in two stores today and both have two SELs. LoL:A

Just looked this one up on the Tescos website - which picture is on the front? as there seems to be about 3 all with exactly the same title, which are around the same price bracket.

To answer my own question...
Egypt book, sticky price ticket £9.97, charged £12.97. Full R&R, so another Xmas pressie sorted !!:T
Book is medium sized, hard-backed. Predominently black. To accompany the BBC tv series it says.
Hope this helps someone else out there;)

They now seem to be keen in the store to sort sels out after you been to CS!
I am sure that little fat guy with glassees (that hovers near CS) regognises me now ! :rotfl:

sorry cant remember the actual SEL prices as got so many different things wrong -


british lamb chops pack price £9.49 - SEL £8.xxx medium pack 4 in a pack
mackeral strips £9.99 SEL £9.94
free range chicken thighs skin on - £5.15 SEL - ?
free range chicken skin on drum sticks (gave to friend )
finest beef frying steak SEL ? (says scot on sel ) pack £7.88 but devon produced on pack - still gave R & R no problems


R & R - £42.00 with no problems

Finest scottish beef rump steak in danestone, aberdeen tesco - sel £4.03 /lb label says £5.43/lb. My first r&r, yeh! I think cs removed the sel when she went to check it but may still be in other stores.

Had looked, but all SELs state £5.18.

Organic strawberries £3.99 crossed out on Sel and price replaced by £2.49. However , it also clearly said 'Half Price' on the Sel. I asked CS what half of £3.99 was and she said '£1.98 - oops, I'll give you your money back!' I'd really only gone to CS to get my 50 organic bonus points put on and wasn't actually after a refund so I was well pleased.
