Leaving hotel mid stay- can I get part of money back?

I booked a room at an etap hotel from 22-28 dec. However we've stayed one night and now a family member has offered a room for the rest of our stay here (not that I asked that 3 months ago and they said no but that's a different matter) I paid up front on my credit card yesterday for the whole stay, if we leave there tonight are they obligated to give me any of my money back? Cheers

Only thing i've found on it isIf cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
