Hi,
I have a washing machine that is not filling up with water. The machine runs and spins but clothes are not wet. when I have taken the hose out at the back there was water in the hose.
What could be the problem? What is my best route forward....
Call a repair guy (machine is out of warranty 2.5years old)? Call the manufacturer?
Thanks

I very much doubt the manufacturer could help you there. There must be a block in the washer somewhere. We just paid £35 to get a 5p coine removed.
We did get to keep the 5p like so it only cost us £34.95.0 -

turn the hose on & make sure water flows through the hose before bothering to call a repairman. Not Again0
