  • Hi everyone, I popped into lush Truro, Cornwall today and they had quite a lot of grab bags plus smaller gifts and things like karma perfume and big bottles of shower gel free. But they were also doing an offer where if you spent the £20 you got another pre made up bag of stuff worth £15! So for spending £20 on stuff, I got another £35 worth free!

I bought big, whoosh temple balm and, angels on bare skin and ickle baby baff and got free in a grab bag:
Seasons Greetings christmas set (strawberry santa shower jelly, sugar scrub, father frost soap, and hapy hippy 100g)
    Sexy Boy
    Angel's Delight Soap

Then in the £15 extra freebie bag I got:
    Snow Fairy 100g
    Christmas Eve Bubble Bar
    Sugar Scrub
You snap the whip body butter
    Lemslip butter cream

I'm so thrilled cos loads of the things I got free are things I wanted to try, I almost bought lemslip as part of my £20 but am so glad I didn't.

I don't know why they were doing the extra offer as well, maybe people weren't buying as much as they thought in that store? She did say it was today only but on the sign it didin't specify a day so I think it might run for at least tomorrow or until stuff runs out. To be honest people still weren't buying very much, I think it was quite confusing for people having two offers at once, I was explaining it to quite a few people, and most of them still didn't buy.
They had quite a few grab bags left, some the same as mine, some with lots of smaller things like ballistics mainly in, and some with four small gift boxes in themmh whish she said was worth £25 but they had two of the same box in and it wasn't stuff I wanted particularly.
Sorry for the long post, hope this helps someone.

I kept mine in an airtight container, I keep soap in the same place otherwise it all dries out/loses its scent

  • I keep mine in plastic 'kilner' style jars I picked up in Tesco. The jars weren't that cheap (£2 something each I think) but they look fab in the bathroom, are easy washed out and keep my Lush stuff lovely and fresh.

I was in Lush today - spent a fortune but got so many freebies it seems easily justified.
  • I love lush, seems like i'm always having a bath... now going for another to read my book!
  • I went to Lakeside today and was just told about the every time you spend £20 you get a grab bag. Spent £60 and got 3 bags, all with candy canes, strawberry santa jelly, angels delight, star bath melts and the blue soap. Nothing to get too excited about really. They had a whole load of gifts there but when I asked if they were included I got a firm NO from the staff, even though they were made in November...
