Currys Sale starts 9am tomorrow morning

I was just in our local Currys looking at washing machines!!!!!! I asked the sales assistant when their sale starts and she told me the boxing day sale has been brought forward and is starting tomorrow at 9am. She was not able to tell me what was in it though!

I went into currys on monday evening,
Earlier this year we bought a Samsung Touch Sensitive Hob, and a Zanussi Condensor Dryer.
Both items had increased in price.
We paid £220 for the hob, shown as £299.99
We paid £239 for the dryer, shown as £259.99
I see no sale.0 -
I been pricing up a couple of LCD tvs for MIL and a few other goods around 1.4k spend, every item I have seen on Dixons web site same group as Currys is cheaper, 40" tv is £50 alone and free delivery0

Total con, as said, they mark them up for like 30 days in November then: "Half price!!!""" yeah talking out ya butt.
They are still making a massive profit and there are very few genuine bargains out there.

I've been told that any PC's or laptops that run Vista will be half price from tomorrow. I started another thread about it before I started this one.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

The Sales are one big con. I truly hope the legislation coming in will tighten up the marketing laws and prevent all these so called half price offers. So misleading and people seemingly buy into it time after time after time.0 -
Most Vista PC's have long gone from Currys, there may be the odd one still about tho0
