Hello,
Hope can someone advise me, purchased a commercial dish washer, after installation we realized there was no hot water feed. Engineer came out the next working day and was told the heating element has blown. To cut the story short I am now in dispute with the company, no payments has been made yet. Numerous phone calls and emails has been sent but having no luck. Can anyone advise. Many Thanks.

More details please. Did you buy it for commercial use via your company or was it a private sale? Was it new or second-hand? Online or shop purchase?sunshinerise wrote: »purchased a commercial dish washer0 -
Commercial use for business, new machine brought from rep, no payment has been made yet.

In that case you're not covered by any of the consumer legislation regarding sales of goods and services. The only thing to do is formally reject the dishwasher and wait to see if they try and take you to court for non-payment. If you haven't got one already make sure you get a copy of the engineers report.0
