I am not sure how OCD can affect your motivation to exercise?
i cannot go into specific details about my condition and what created it except to say as with most ocd conditions it has a knock on effect ie low self esteme, no motivation, depression, anexiety, panic attacks, etc etc trying to focus on excercising is the last thing on my mind.
