Anyone know about refunds on amazon

I sometimes sell my unwanted books on amazon, and have a couple on there now. I got an email today saying one has been sold, but then got an email from the buyer saying they'd made a mistake, could they have a refund. I went on the page to do refunds, but it says either refund the entire amount, or part of the amount. They've already charged me the fee's for selling, if I refund the entire amount will I get that back, or should I just refund the amount I was paid?

If you refund all you will not lose a penny. Amazon will refund all of the fees to you.

Surely you will lose the cost of posting the book, which can be quite substantial
