I have been driving for years and class my self to be a fairly good driver, however in the snow and ice I seem to be sliding all over the place. My car struggles to get out of my road, wheel spinning all over the place, then 2 times yesterday when going about 5mph I lost total control over the car, and panicked! I think I…

i agree with the empty car park thing ( even when you know its limits!)
go out and enjoy the icy weather.

the handbrake is you best friend.enjoy it.

and take some air out of those tyres. if its should be 30 psi i usually have them around 20 - 25 psi in this weather. it does help a little.
