Supaperfume - poor service

It is now the 21st July and I still haven't had any delivery or refund. I wish I had seen this site before as I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole if I had seen these postings. I have written again today and asked for my money back and they have replied that it will be returned to my account within the next 5 - 7 days. We'll see what happens.

That's funny, I had EXACTLY the same emails and the CC account was charged the same day as the order. I think they have gone bust but it's interesting to see the reply from 'thegreatcatsby' not that I think he will get very far unfortunately. I have no doubt that there has been a lot of money owed for quite some time and that's why he couldn't get any goods. Large creditors have first pick on any funds that are left and seeing the details I would imagine all the funds are in houses, cars and probably boats! Perhaps Trading Standards are looking into this fraud?

As you probably quite rightly predict, I haven't got very far yet, but I'm not going to let them keep my money without a skirmish. I just feel so silly for ordering from such a crap-looking site without checking the reviews first!
