Is tubely.com safe, or is it a scam site

I've just received an invite from a genuine email address of friend I lost touch with a while ago from Tubely.com. Does anyone know if it is a safe site or is it a bit of scam. I think it's a networking site or something. Any info that anyone can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does it name the "friend"?

If it doesn't give you the name I'd treat it the same way that I treat the similar messages I get from various companies/services.

About Tubely.com : as someone already said, its a dating site. But not very reliable. It has been confirmed that it sends spam and according to McAfee, it also tried to maliciously modify their browser by visiting.

Replied to the friend via their email address that came through but haven't signed to tubely.com. Last thing I want is a virus or some spam bugging the computer. Thanks for your replies, appreciate it. :-) Happy Christmas.
