:D I'm sorry to be so petty and keep replying to this post, I don't want to sound like I'm bickering. But I work there currently (I hate owning up to that:o - after Famac they must be the most hated company in NI, judging by the number of times they appear on this board!!)and the head office and the head office departments are definitely in Georges Quay, and thats where the switchboard is too, if anyone is trying to ring a general RoI number - but not the call handling unit, which is in Belfast!! College Green is just a branch and business centre, albeit a huge one. Ulster Bank issue a lot of paperwork giving a Belfast address when the department who have issued the letter are actually in Dublin, and a lot of letters which appear to come from Dublin but have actually been issued in Belfast, as most departments are centralised in one place or the other, but covering both regions.

To get back to the original posters topic, I think its probably always safer to put concerns in writing anyway, which is what he/she said they would be doing.

can we agree to differ? I'm only speaking for how it is at the moment, they change the locations of departments week in and week out. In the ten or so years that I've worked there things have been moved from Belfast to Dublin and back to Belfast and over to Scotland and back to Dublin etc etc it would make your head spin!

hopefully in the time we've argued about this, the OP will have had his complaint sorted out !!
