If they dont have that dept, ask them why their address is on the UB website

College Green is just a branch, but not to worry because they never answer their phones anyway, and on the rare occasion that they do, theres a good chance they will say 'who told you to ring this number?'.0 -
no college green is the main hq as well as a branch and their customer relations department is based there. i dont have the number though. if you phone your local branch you can ask them for the number. if it is call handling you get through to they will have the number.love you lots like jelly tots0

I would not count on them being too responsive.
I've had them mess my account up twice in the last 2 years (including the accidental misplacement of some of my money!) and they were very slow to respond and hard to contact.
I've currently a query outstanding about the woeful changes to their internet banking service - their login process the most unfriendly ive ever come across ...
eg "Please type the 11th and 16th characters of your password" - as if thats easy to know in your head without writing it down.
It will be interesting to see if they reply at all!I used to have a signature with links to the League Tables for good/bad shipping charges for Northern Ireland. But I have since learnt that this is against site rules - so they are no longer here! PM me if you need them0 -
Ulster Bank Compaints Handling Procedure is clearly explained here http://www.ulsterbank.com/ni_global_options.asp?id=GLOBAL/CONTACT_US
College Green is just a Branch, the Head office is at Georges Quay Dublin0 -

if you have a Mint credit card, the login process is exactly the same, it must be a Royal Bank of Scotland thing.... The minimum length of password is 8 digits, so I ended up choosing one that was only 8 digits long because that made it a lot easier to remember without running out of fingers to count on......0 -

sorry but its not the main HQ, thats in Georges Quay, Dublin 2. Ulster Bank used to have 'head office' departments all over the place, (Belfast and Dublin) with no actual main building. At that stage I think (though I'm not 100% sure) that College Green was their registered head office in the Republic of Ireland, but on their paperwork it now refers to their head office being Georges Quay (RoI) and Donegall Square East (NI).0
