Wrong Cd but right ART WORK Cheryl cole 3 words

Very weird..we have ordered two copies of Cheryl cole 3 words From CD wow.. we had the right cd info the right artwork on the cd but both have arrived playing shakira she wolf???? I have contacted CD wow ( be email only cant find working phone number) and Fascination records ( part of polydor) by email and phone message..is there anything esle I can or should do.

Don't hold your breath - took CD Wow 4 days to answer an email last week.

I think all you can do is wait for a reply and then send it back for a replacement / refund.

Seems CD Wow aren't doing too well! I ordered a CD and it took at the beginning of December. I'm only comparing it to ordering something from the US which took 6 days which was good.
If you can find a phone number, it'd be good.
Am I right in thinking they're Hong Kong based but ship from Switzerland?

No they ship from Hong Kong and are owned by an Australian company.

Interesting. I'm sure the CD I got came from a Switzerland...which even I thought was odd.

They will reship from Switzerland having been bulk dispatched from elsewhere. In days of old some European countries were used to disguise the original place of dispatch/purchase to avoid VAT. This has generally stopped now as most of the big retailers prepay VAT on items over £18. However postal companies are in a cut throat business so its possible Swiss Post are cheaper than RM and others. This also probably explains the lengthy delays to CD WOW packages as cheap doesn't always equate to quick!

As far as the CD's are concerned, a misprint can have more value than the original CD though I'm not too sure with Cheryl Cole and Shakira :rolleyes:

Are you sure you have the wrong CD?

The reason I am asking is if you have ripped it with Windows Media Player, it does come up with the track listing for She Wolf, but it is the right CD, its just that She Wolf has the same CD Index as Cheryl Cole.

Does track 4 sound suspiciously like "Fight For This Love" for a Shakira song?

Thankyou so much you saved me having to buy two more copies for Christmas pressies ! Listened to them the oldfashioned way on the cd player and all is well, Thanks again.

From that it almost sounds like it plays different track if you play it on the computer!

yes ive had this with a couple of cd's i bought, i found it weird that the track listing in wmp listed the songs as something completely different
