If you're using sugarpaste, you need to cover the marzipan when it's damp, as otherwise it doesn't stick. It's tedious having to paint it with vodka or gin to dampen it.

I do 10 days work over 9 days, so I get 1 extra day off a fortnight, I try & put it to good use. Plus I'm a bit of an early bird, up at 5.30 most days - took DH years to turn me into an early bird:rotfl:
We are like the Germans on holiday, he's out putting the towels out at 6 most mornings:o0 -
My OH made the chilli jam as well. It is yummy!0
