Finished my Xmas cake (first one ever made)

And Nigellas Chilli Jam - first time I've ever made any chutney/pickle or jam sort of stuff!

Didn't have any jars, so had to buy value spag bol sauce & tip it out:o
Was cheaper than buying jars;)

    Shame I didn't have some gingham to do those pretty little covers over the jars.

    I will need to find tiny boxes & dish some sweets out to people.

    Incredibly chocolate truffles are even easier to make than the bonbons. Some good quality chocolate, double cream and a good slug of Cointreau is all it takes.

    I'm not sure about her peanut buttercups though.

    I tried the weetabix cake in my Remoska last night and it came out like a brick :embarasse

    p.s. anyone recommend a foolproof easy cake recipe that can go in Remoska, halogen oven or slow cooker?
