What make of damp proof paint

We have a condensation problem in a small bedroom with 2 outside walls. I plan to scrub mould off ceiling over crimbo & want to paint waterproof/ dampproof paint on. Where would one buy this & what make would I be looking for. Thanks

jinnywren, phew, you had me worried there.

Although it's not what you need, I've used Ronseal Anti-Damp Paint. This was only so I could decorate after I had cured the problem but before the wall had dried out fully. It's not an ideal solution as it prevents the wall/ ceiling drying as fast.
