Ocado, surprisingly bad customer services

Sorry if on wrong board can not work out which one to post on!!

I have always been happy with Ocado and it's service, if there has ever been a problem they have always been polite and quick to deal with a problem.

Today has been the complete opposite.

Last night I had a delivery booked 8-9 , called by driver at 8.30 to tell me he is stuck and will be late, which was fair enough, happy to wait , he told me he would call again soon, I heared nothing I had to call him about 12.15 am to be told he doubted he would get to me. I also understand that.

What I do not understand is that I have an email 1st thing telling me they will call me to re book if possible or to cancel. I left it till gone midday to call them still told I had to wait till they called me,.
I emailed them , no response.
3 hours later still nothing called again, reassured they will call me.

just called them again, even spoke to the same man (who was very nice) he went off to try the opperations department . he came back and had to tell me they had all gone home and the slots they had left for this were now gone. I was polite as I understand he most probaly can not do anything about it now as the people who can have all gone home.

I completly understand if they just said sorry we have got to cancel the delivery, but to keep me hanging on all day is out of order.

Does anyone have a contact for managers at ocado? I just want my complaint to go to someone who might be able to at least apologise for the lack of communication.
