Help! UK Expat looking for 0% balance transfer credit card

Does anyone out there know if any of the credit cards offering 0% on balance transfers are available to uk expats? I have looked at many, and the fine print is that you need to be a permanent uk resident.

My status is that I am a non-resident British citizen but own property in England. I have a UK credit card, but am looking to change it over to take advantage of a 0% balance transfer - but so far no joy!

If anyone can help, I would be really grateful!!

Thanks!

You need to be permanent UK resident for everything ! From car insurance to life insurance to over 60 travel card.
Now the rules changed so you cannot get free nhs treatment by gp or hospital after one year.
Only solution : move back to UK

If you have a local address for receiving statements then you can qualify for a lot of the cards

Not that I would ever recommend them but Capital One offers (or appears to - I got an offer in the mail) a 0% balance transfer to US residents (I'm also an expat, resident in the US).
