Partial Success over HSBC at last!!!

Hi all,

Just thought i'd let you know of my partial success.

I sent my original letter off in july and got two holding letters, before finally getting a NO

I then appealed. I waited 16, yes 16 Weeks before being told by someone on the phone that my case had been answered. I was told the letter was in the post on Friday (just gone) and that I had been 'made an offer'

Because of the xmas post, I still havnt recieved the letter, but its finally good to know that my complaint has been dealt with and they will be offering something. Just gotta wait for the letter to see exactly what their offer is ... I hope its sensible!!!!
