Credit card mimimum payments

I have an MBNA card with a balance of around 11, 000 pounds, interest has been suspended on it and I was paying 122.00 pounds a month off. I cant afford to pay that at the moment i am self employed and work and money are tight at the moment. I have offered to pay 75 pounds for the next few months , but MBNA say this is not acceptable and it breaks their agreement. I was under the impression that paying something is better than paying nothing no matter how small , also they are ring about 6 or 7 times a day which i think is bordering on harrassment... any advice greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

The first port of call would be MBNA in my opinion. Try this:

It's in both yours and MBNA's interest to help you out now if there is a way for you to settle the balance in the long run.0
