Tried to place an order for next day delivery, payment declines (i think because the fast pay payment hadn't quite gone through).
Got an email telling me to reply with try again - did that.
Help desk busy and sent an email.
Had anyone had any dealings with them? Because I placed the order prior to the 5pm deadline but now can't seem to speak to anyone and get them to take the payment?

My only dealings with them were in 2001. I purchased online a Diamond SupraExpress modem; there was a fault with the product which they legally should have taken back (within a seven day period!) and they refused. Diamond were wonderful in resolving the problem. Never, ever did I use these imbeciles again! Is there a contact telephone number available?0

Latest 1GHz Pentium III Processor, Massive 30GB Hardrive and 256Mb RAM, DVD ROM/CD-RW combo drive, at a cost of £1700:eek:, ah memories!0 -
