National Express coach refund?
My daughter has just spent almost 8 hours on a coach from Aberystwyth to Victoria. As it was over 45 mins late, she missed her connection and they have made her buy another ticket for the next journey. They say she should have allowed for a 45 min delay (would have missed it anyway). I thought she was daft as the arrival/departure times were only 10 mins apart, but she intends to complain. Should have listened to your dad shouldn`t you. Kids.

I was on a coach that broke down on the M1 south of Newport Pagnell services.... started belching black smoke from the engine!!! We were stuck on the hard shoulder for 2 and a half hours while they tried to decide what to do with us... and guess what we got?! SWEET F.A!!! Actually, their exact words wrre 'we might pay for your return journey.' Might?! I gave up - came home by train.
