i am desperately trying to think of arguments for bank charges to be refunded.
am i right in thinking all banks are fsa regulated?
if i am, i need to check this for sure, but i am pretty sure that one rule the fsa has is that all customers MUST be treated equally. if this is the case, surely as some people have recieved 'goodwill' payments, everyone else is entitled aswell, irrespective of the test case.

Customers must be treated fairly, equality doesnt come into it much.
You want to be reading the FSA Handbook - BCOBS - http://www.fsahandbook.info/FSA/html/handbook/BCOBS if you are looking at FSA regulation.LegalBeagles0
