sky iplayer, is this safe to download?

I bought hubby sky iplayer so he can watch sky through his xbox 360, trying to watch it on the pc aswell but says i need to download this file- silverlight.exe, from silverlight.dlservice.microsoft .com, is this safe guys please?

Seriously, though, for the average user, it's probably nothing to worry about too much (so long as you have decent anti-malware protection).
