Hello,
I had a claim on hold with Barclays a while ago over some charges from around 4 - 5 years ago which amounted to around 700 quid, well i have now had the standard computer letter today basically telling me to sod off lol.
they used to charge 35.00 or 30.00 its now 8.00 surely that is an admission that the charges were unfare in the first place ?,or too high but they are now hiding behind the supreme courts ruling.
I phoned them up and had a moan about the whole thing, the reaction from the customer relations was "if you dont like it take us to court" and then "but i would like to warn you if you do we will close your account".
what a cracking response lol, just wanted to share that information with you, and see if anyone else has had such a considerate response from there bank.

Well there's possibly more than 1 way to skin a cat.
If enough peeps can get annoyed say all at the same time with a particular bank who knows what could happen?Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000
