perfume warehouse have i been conned

has anyone had any dealings with perfume-warehouse dot com
I put an order in last week, paid via paypal and have heard othing no one answers emails or the phone, i have lodged no receipt with [paypal, but just wondered if these people were cowboys.
its really messed my present plan up, as was a large order and ow i dojt have the money to get replacements.
any ideas anyone

Never heard of them, but their website has the names of several rather better known retaillers in the title tag. That, the fact they use Paypal to take payments and that the only contact number is a mobile are not good signs. This very much suggests to me that you bought from a home seller rather than a large retailler.

The problem with the perfume industry is that it is easy for any Tom, !!!!!! or Harry to set up a website and sell the stuff. Perfectly fine for many products, but the perfume industry goes mental at this time of year and most of these tiny suppliers never stock anything but instead try to order it once they have an order for the product. They are selling stock they don't have and cannot get in time from the wholesalers which tends to leave them with large numbers of irate customers.

If you can get no reply to phone calls, call your credit card company and do a chargeback.

well still no response, so steer clear of them!!

I have filed non receipt with paypal so hopefully will get my money bk, but will also be reporting these con artists to trading standards:mad:
