A couple month's ago,I was changed off BT's 'Pay & Call' service onto a standard monthly plan,When I was on the old service,my payments were due on/the 25th of each month, which was good for me as I'm out of work at the moment & my payments were spread out better.
Since being moved over,it's now due on/around the 3rd of the month! (Why?as my service was moved on the 19th Oct.....)
Anyway,it's meant I now have to rebalance my bills  which is a pain in the butt!
Last month,I phoned BT to let them know the payment would be made on the 18th Nov,the Indian chap was very helpful,no faulting him there.
This month, due to me having to pay court cost's for no TV licence even when I had one (I missed a payment of £11 due to being away but caught up when I got back) I phoned BT to say the payment would be made on the 21st Dec,when I got my JSA (It was made on 20th online) & the Indian said that'd be OK.
Yesterday,my BBand went wonky in the morning & later,I got a automated phone call from BT saying my bill had been payed & to avoid the £7.50 charge I should pay on time ect!!!
Tell you what tho,the better not be a £7.50 charge on my bill for two reasons!!
1-The first Indian chap I talked to sent me a letter saying as long as the bill was payed WITHIN 28 days, the'd be no charge.(it was paid within 10 days of me recieving the paper bill)
2-The second Indian I talked to this month said the was going to be no interuption on my service or charge on my bill.My service seemed to be interupted yesterday going by the problems with my internet.
Both bills have been payed in time & in full, both being under £26.
