:mad:Hi what are my rights?
I was short changed in a newsagents and only noticed when i left the shop that i was given change for a fiver instead of a tenner. When i approached the manager they checked the til which wasn't up or down and they told me that i had no rights that it was my word against them!
Thanks

they are right. You say you were short changed. They say you were not.
Your word against them. Check your change next time.0 -
Last time similar happened to me, it was funnily enough a corner newsagents which had recently changed hands. I was only down by pence and I just let it go, because I thought that the karma would get them. They were closed within a month.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
