Problems with letting agency

i dont think your landlord has to fix it as it not essential to everyday life ect. i had a landlord that had a dryer in and she explained once it went she wasnt replacing it. maybe you LL dont want to replace it. check your paperwork and see if LL number is anywhere if your have a relationship with him and contact him yourself. sometimes cutting the middle person out is helpful (you should still record with the agency that the repaid needs done ect). Dont do this if youve never met the LL however as some landlords dont like to get too personal with tenants ect.
you agency should have keys to enter your property, as long as you give permission for them to enter.
