Contact details for Capital One

Hi All,

just a quickie - has anyone got a contact telephone for a 'real person' at Capital One in the UK? I used to have the number of a lovely lady in debt management and seem to have lost it.

All telephone numbers i can find seem to patch me thru to foreign call centres and I have just had a right row with 'ann' in one call centre, who seemed to be reading off a dodgy script!!!!

Not sure that I approve of giving out the personal work number of a Capital One employee on a public internet message board, and one frequented by quite a few people with beefs against Capital One at that!

If it's foreign call centres you're struggling with, you could do worse than asking to speak to a supervisor - most of the 'escalated call teams' (i.e. people who are trained to do more than read off a script) are UK-based I believe
