Hi
I will be renting a property to my mother in law.
She has had a combi boiler, a gas fire and a gas cooker installed.
These are her property.
Do I need to have a gas safety certificate.
Regards
Pete

With someone else's gas appliances in my property, I would certainly have one if I were you, for the protection of the property.0
