I know I am the first person to come on here and vent my anger when I am wronged by a company so I want to tell you about my story yesterday....

For the last week I have been trying to find a room set of stickers for my nephew who's first birthday is christmas eve (could it be any closer to christmas!!) Anyway everywhere I looked the stickers were either too expensive or delivery would not be after christmas. In the end I gave up and went to bed.

When i got up yesterday I decided to call the company direct and get a list of stockists. The lady I spoke to was lovely and gave me the number of the nearest shop. I explained the situation and she quickly offered to find out how much it would cost to send by courier, a service they do not normally offer..

In the mean time I called the local shop and they did not have what I needed. When I called back at FunToSee the lady asked where we lived and then went on to say that although she would have to go to head office to get part of the stock, she already had some of it there... hang on I thought she is going to save the day and allow me to collect?? No del charge!! NO thats not what she offered..

The kind lady went on to say that she lived not far from me and would bring the stuff home and drop to our house the following day????????????

Well its not often im speechless, but I could not believe that someone would go to that much effort. To top that off they still allowed us to use our online discount code saving us 20%

I really want to give this company a boost because to be honest they have made my christmas as what I have ordered is for my 3 year old for xmas and my nephews birthday
