i have the rtb but not intersted in buying but my mum is interested in buying my flat is their any way she can buy it

    Hi, the RTB is only for the tenant of the property so no, your mother can't buy your property.

    Mate as someone who has just had to save up for years to buy his first house, do not let the opportunity to RTB go past. It has surely got to be worth buying the house yourself if for no other reason than as an investment. Up to you of course.
