Unfortunately you can only smoke outside. Absolutely no smoking inside anywhere. You could try using nicorette it may just help.
Have a nice holiday anyway.0 -
Not true. While I'm not a smoker, there are smoking areas after security at the airport.Have a look at the map on the BAA Glasgow airport website, which will show you where the smoking areas are (not going to provide a link as I'm sure you will have no problems finding the website, and if not, google is your friend)."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0

Due to the new laws in Scotland regarding smoking in public places, the only place you can now smoke at Glasgow airport is outside the terminal building itself.
There is absolutely no smoking in the building itself although there did used to be prior to the new law.
I speak from experience having worked up at Glasgow airport in the last couple of weeks0 -

On a more positive note, you have still got 10 days to quit.

Check with your doctor to see if they can give you something mild to settle your nerves. You can however check your bags in and then go outside for a smoke and only go to the departure gate when necessary (although allow enough time to get through airport security .. it can take a while). Have a good trip
IvanI don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0
