Take That Cardiff - Ended Up Coming Home !

Lol getting the train is a joke anyway. We went from Bristol to Cardiff for the Jack Johnson concert in March and getting there was fine but on the way back the train had 2 carriages. Needless to say it was absolutely packed, to the point that we were told it wouldn't go anywhere unless some people got off. Who's going to get off at midnight with no other way of getting home?! And the 2 members of staff who were there spent their time skulking about muttering things to certain passengers who they then expected to pass the message on for them. We finally waited about an hour and a half before they put on another train which could fit everyone in.
The concert was great and we still had a fab time - plus I'm glad we got the train because of course driving in at rushhour is a nightmare even when there isn't a concert on - but surely this must happen every time there's a concert on at the arena? How could the train company not anticipate this happening?
And after rushing out of the concert just as it ended to make sure we caught the last train back, I was DESPERATE for the loo by the time we got home!0 -
