Royal Mail Redelivery...

When I came in from the snow and seen the sorry you were out card and not being able to face going back to the freezing I read the card and thought I would arrange redelivery of the 2 parcels I missed. All went fine and was arranged quickly but of course I did things in the wrong order. I Googled it to see how efficient it was after rather than before and of course I found bad things which ended up getting me worried as the parcels were christmas presents which I needed in time.
I was really pleased when the postman knocked today at around midday and as pleasant as ever explained that he had the two parcels I wanted to be redelivered and that he had one new one and handed them over.
So everything was easy, seamless and went without a hitch - and I didn't have to go out on the ice! Well done RM!
