Guys'n'Gals,

there has been much talk on various threads, especially diary threads, about 2009 having been a carp year for a lot of folk. So methinks, in a moment of trying to avoid killing the kids a few days before xmas, let's have a diary/thread aimed at rants, venting of steam, moaning, complaining and the like, and the mutual support that the kind inhabitants of MSE are soo good at providing.

This isn't meant to take away from individual's diaries/threads, more of a place for folk to drop in to on occasion, and who knows, maybe a place for me to have as a sort of diary without being a diary

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions welcomed

Well, it's a start...I'm back after having to hoover out mini-Gun #2's bed after he emptied a pencil-sharpener in it :mad: why do kids do these things

2009 has been a s*** year ! Thats all I can really say, its been rubbish and next year has to be better for everybody otherwise this time next year Ill be cracking up even more.

2009 was the best year of my life. Enjoyed hard work and good travels, got my relationship back on good ground after a rough patch, reconnected with my father after estrangement, had good friends and good times. Money was tight and the world was teetering on disaster, but I was happy for the things that I had. I wish I had spent less / exercised more / yadda yadda yadda, but the good times were good and I wouldn't exchange it for anything! :j
