If anybody has had any experience wit ashworth law then let me know... I'm eager to recover what's rightfully mine!

Hi,
I have on going credit card cases with Ashworth Law and to be honest it all takes a long time and neither the credit card companies nor the solicitors seem to be in any rush to speed the process up. My advice would be to call them every 2-3months for updates as I have found in the past with a claim that they were waiting on information from me but I had no idea.
As a rough guide here's examples from claims I have made for time scales taken to solve cases.
Conkers/ Brunel Franklin/ Miller Gardner Solicitors
1 Case started July 2008, Case settled November 2008
Conkers/ Brunel Franklin/ Becks Solicitors
2 Cases started June 2008, 1 Case settled February & another in March 2009
Hope this helps.0 -

I sent off to these about 5 months ago. Heard nothing and they did nothing. Had a letter from them today saying 'cant help you'. So now I am stuck as I have no idea how to sort this PPI out now. If they had told me in September they couldnt help, the 6 year statute of limitations wouldnt be up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.0
