Abbey/Santander are totally incompetant

Nearly three months, one internet application, four sets of signed and returned documentation and a trip tp the branch and they are still saying they haven't received the paperwork they need. They have already credit scored me otherwise I would go elsewhere but I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. I have been passed from pillar to post with each department saying its nothing to do with them.
P.S. I am a Bank Manager, I have been returning the correct documentation.

  • Good luck SWB. I got my credit card after 6 weeks and 2 sets of signed/returned documentation. Santander et al have problems but it appears (from our point of view) that they don't realise they have problems = poor management.
