Egg Refunds

I have received a letter today from EGG asking for our patience whilst they calculate our refund as it is out of the 8 wk timescale for resolution...should i wait and if so how long for??

Could this be a delaying tactic by them?

Hi there

I understand that they like many have backlogs to get through, hopefully you will hear from them again very soon, get in touch with them now and again for updates until this is resolved, good luck.

Even though they are entitled to 8 weeks in full, some request for extra time, but maybe give them another 7 - 14 days and take it from there.:beer:
