Faulty Goods

I bought a pair of zip boots from Dune in March for £100.

I've worn them no more than 4 times when the zip failed. I returned them to the store who offered to repair them. Three weeks later the boots were returned, but once I put them on the same thing happened. The store manager agreed there was a problem and said head office would credit my account with a full refund.

Low and behold, came home from work last week, Dune had returned the boots saying they could'nt find a fault so no refund.

I've emailed head office with photos of the problem and tried phoning them but have had no reply.

I'm so mad with them. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get contact details for the people in charge. Reception just will not give out any details .

Thanks for your help......
